Lynn‘s approach to managing wealth is driven by the specific needs and goals of his clients. He always takes the time to understand his clients’ individual situation and to find investments and develop both, long and short term strategies that appropriately match their goals. He has developed long-term relationships with his clients with his comprehensive hands on approach to financial planning. Lynn is very down to earth, listens to his client and is easy to talk to. Lynn has worked with some of the most prestigious Wall Street firms, Merrill Lynch, UBS Financial and Piper Jaffray prior to becoming an independent financial advisor.
Lynn Schafersman holds the Series 7 and 66 security registrations through LPL Financial, as well as licenses to represent life and health insurance products. He received his Master of Science degree in Physiology from Kansas State University, College of Veterinary Medicine and his Bachelor of Science degree from Northwest Missouri State University. Lynn also holds the professional designation of CHARTERED RETIREMENT PLANNING COUNSELOR (CRPC®) through his studies at the College of Financial Planning.
Lynn and his wife Eileen have four sons – James, Jeffrey, Scott and Michael and seven grandchildren. Lynn has been actively involved in youth sports and has coached his sons in soccer, basketball and baseball; he is a past president of the Sioux City, Iowa Little League. Lynn is a past basketball official for the Kansas State High School Activities Association. He currently spends his spare time on the sidelines cheering his grandchildren at their soccer, basketball and baseball games or taking them fishing, his favorite pastime. Lynn and his wife, Eileen believe in actively supporting their community and charities, especially the Special Olympics and Wayside Waifs.
